Having grown up internationally, I recognise the value of the present moment and embracing continuous change by adjusting one's own perspective. This is what I aim to bring my students as we flow together. An opportunity to meditate through motion, to expel negative emotion and find fresh perspective on the mat to carry with you into life off the mat.
