This rejuvenating vinyasa flow targets the whole body. Join me for a simple, 20 minute sequence designed to open the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, chest and spine. Perfect way to start your day or to relieve tension before going to bed.
This beginner - friendly flow will help to lengthen and open your hamstrings and ease the tension through your lower back. Suitable for any time of day, you will need padding such as a blanket or pillow for your knees, a jumper or yoga strap and two yoga blocks to facilitate this flow. These props are not absolutely necessary though, you can manage without!
