Unlock Hamstrings & Lower Back

This beginner - friendly flow will help to lengthen and open your hamstrings and ease the tension through your lower back. Suitable for any time of day, you will need padding such as a blanket or pillow for your knees, a jumper or yoga strap and two yoga blocks to facilitate this flow. These props are not absolutely necessary though, you can manage without!
