โIt was such a powerful, strengthening, and mindful practice, and Helen is so clear and encouraging in her demonstration and instructing. You could tell that everyone in that class felt capable of giving the poses a go, with perfect adaptations for making it harder or less demanding. She made a great effort to teach us how to feel what felt right for us and our bodies that day, with no shame around dropping down but also empowering us to stay strong in our pose as we breathed through our counts. Perfectly pitched, we left feeling so happy and accomplished, but also peaceful and refreshed :) Helen has such a skill at bringing grounding into a dynamic practice. I couldn't fault her, to be honest!"

It was our first time joining a class and we loved it! The atmosphere was serene and comforting, Helen had good pace and explained things well, and the class itself was exactly the balance of exercise and relaxation we were looking for.
